Terms and conditions on booking the apartment
- Payment should be made in full in advance of your stay at the time of booking.
- The apartment will be made available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by no later than 11 am on the day of departure.
- Cancellation may be made on a minimum 30 days notice prior to booking and in the event of such notice being given 95% of the booking amount will be refunded by cheque ( the 5% deduction is to cover administration and credit card charges incurred). We regret that it is not possible for refunds to be made in any other circumstances and we recommend that you insure your trip to cover any unforeseen cancellation at short notice.
- Any damage/ breakages are the responsibility of the party booking the apartment and where appropriate shall include a charge for any period the apartment is out of service during the period of repair or replacement.
- Towels and bedding (100% anti-allergenic) are provided and changed weekly if length of stay requires this.
- The Apartment will be cleaned weekly if length of stay requires this.
- All electricity and gas used are included in price.
- Keys will be provided in advance and you will be responsible for returning them at the end of your stay.
- The dedicated parking space shall be made available on payment of the daily fee.
- We regret that no pets are allowed in the Apartment nor is smoking permitted in the apartment. Guests who do smoke within the apartment shall be held liable for any charges incurred for comprehensive cleaning of the apartment.
- In the event the apartment is unavailable for any reason a full refund shall be provided.
